Arts on the Move! Hands-on interactive Aboriginal arts and culture workshops for children and youth throughout the province of British Columbia. In the first year alone nearly 4,500 kids participated in 66 workshops at 26 different B.C. schools and community centres

Each year, we kids particularly from throughout the Lower Mainland to submit their best poster art (grades 6 – 12) and the best coloring work (Kindergarten to grade 5).

Workshop In Schools

Indigenous arts programming is integrated into the local school curriculum for Grades K-12 through our education and outreach components of the Festival also known as Qwum Qwum Snow-I-Ith (Strong Teachings). Includes interactive workshops in Powwow, jigging, slam poetry, hip hop, storytelling and more.
